Communication is more than just words. When we spend time with others we listen to their voice change pitch, watch their body language and pay attention to facial expressions.
Having a conversation with God seems kinda one-sided since we can't observe body language or expression. BUT we can sense and experience intimate convo with Him by picking up simple supplies and creating with Him.

Art*Full Faith courses encourage you to create the way God made YOU to create. The course content helps you discover your personal "Art*Full" prayer language and allows you to hear Scripture in a creative way.
Art*Full Faith is NOT about making fancy journal pages or artwork... It's about HEART*WORK
Nope!! You can run dig through the kids art supplies, rummage through the junk drawer or grab a few things next time you're at the store.
I want to give you options for supplies. I use some specific supplies because they do the job I want them to. But most of the time I will offer suggestions for other things you can use.

The courses in The Art*Full Faith Studio share processes for praying WITH God, discovering colorful truth in Scripture, and listening to him using color, drawing, and mark-making.
These are created in what is known as an art journal or visual journal. These are not to be created in a physical Bible.
I spent the afternoon with Sandy as she shared art as therapy for the Art to Go Event. This session raised my awareness of the daily impact I have on my students. It was truthfully a long overdue art intervention and reminded me that as an art educator, it is important for me to practice what I preach. Sandy was very thorough in her instruction and explanation for each activity and its purpose. I left there feeling excited and rejuvenated, ready to share her ideas and processes with my students.
The time that I have spent in Sandy’s Art*Full Prayer class helped me open my understanding of prayer and contemplate God’s attributes in a very positive and honest way. Using art to have a conversation with my Creator is a method that I had simply never considered. It’s a very soothing and relaxing process that is edifying to my soul and my relationship with God. As a great bonus…class with my friends was a lot of fun!! Thank you Sandy!
Thanks so much for the incredible art presentation for our Art to Go Yearly Event. You were very thorough as you guided us through exercises to help us become more compassionate teachers and humans. I really appreciated that. I could tell you had very strong artistic skills and knowledge of art methods. You encouraged our creativity and imagination. Even though we were at different skill levels and comfort zones, your warm, friendly and supportive personality made me feel comfortable at expressing myself without fear of feeling a failure.
